issue 59, power module, misalligned holes

hi,
have issues fitting power module, only two of the holes line up with the inset hex nuts, the other two are way out. the holes in the base for the remaining two will line up with holes in the case of the power module but the screws are too small and spin, not tighteningor holding at all. any one else have this problem?

i'm thinking of using two small self tappers, is this a good idea?

are we talking about the ac power pack, please make sure you have it the right way round, it will only go one way.

i dont recommend using self tappers.
