Hi,
Im having trouble with the calibration, the print plate wont move up or down. It moves between points c,b o a and d fine just wont raise or lower itself.#
any suggestions?

have you tried powering down your 3d printer and close your software, then start again.
start software first, followed by your 3d printer, so it is recognised. try that.

ok, just tried that, no change other than the led on the power button turned blue.

ok, and if i open the manual printer control i get a message saying that 9 commands are wating, so I guess something is stuck somewhere in the software
how can i reset it to clear whatever loop its stuck in?

was you printing online or offline ?, there is a reset button on the software interface, have you tried that.

yep, the reset function doesnt do anything that i can see......ok im going to uninstall the software and reload it to see it that clears the problem

ok a reinstall of the software on my pc didnt clear the pending commands so i guess the are held on the printer board.....any idea how i clear them?

if you do that you will have to re calibrate the printer.

yep, thats the bit im having issues with i cant calibrate the printer as the plate wont move up

are you using the cover, are have you put a peg in to the hood limit switch to operate?

no cover on, yes i have the hood stop switch closed

the plate moves fine horizonally and the head moves fine but the plate wont go up or down

sounds like you need to check your connections.
